The majority of sewer hoses won't fit inside a standard 4" RV rear bumper because the molded-on ends which contains the lug and bayonet fittings are too large. However, if you were to go with an option that doesn't have the molded-on ends you could then fit the hose inside the bumper you'd just need to store the fittings and adapters separately.
